How long does it take to receive my items?  

• Our standard secure shipping requires 4 days for processing and shipping.  When your item(s) ship, you will receive an email notification.  Delivery can take up to 20 days after item has shipped, however you are likely to receive it sooner. 

 Where are your products from? 

• All of our current suppliers are located in China.  We ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping cost.

How can I track my order?  

• We will send you an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your item ships from our manufacturers.  

What is your return policy?

• At Lucy Lu Baby, we value your privacy. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.
